Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Sustainable development and future planning is a key success in our business, as a part of our future needs and due to our business network growth, a need for project management position appears to help the rest of the team in planning, management and exciting different salesforce projects, as the project manager can oversees Salesforce implementation projects end-to-end on a variety of Salesforce ‘Clouds’ and levels of complexity. The project manager priority is to ensure the project is successful – delivered on time, and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client discovery sessions working with technical and functional team members to identify the right solution for each client.
  • Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action
  • Work closely with stakeholders from the business to drive prioritization of feature requests and initiatives in salesforce and integrating systems with reporting tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from the business to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options.
  • The role will be responsible to implement solutions within Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Lead the initiatives and confirm that the solution meets specifications and standards defined.
  • Relationship building with internal clients and partner team to ensure our commitment around service and delivery per agreed upon schedule.
  • Establishing and supporting Agile processes and activities to create supportive and effective environment for the stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, burn reports, status reports and change orders,
  • Report on the status of the project to internal management and the client management team, including escalating issues where appropriate.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Strong technical design skills and the ability to deliver customer-driven solutions.
  • Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML languages

Skills

  • Excellent English language proficiency (B2 - C1).
  • Experience with solution design and implementation of changes within Salesforce.
  • Seek out opportunities for attending client-facing interactions, such as requirements gathering, project kick-off meetings, and training sessions.
  • Understand the composition of a Salesforce project – the checkpoints, the items in scope, how to act when client-facing.
  • Strong understanding of a services model and ticketing.
  • Understanding of key CRM Business concepts.
  • Project Management experience with focus on scheduling, design, facilitating development, testing and delivery.
