Job Description
- Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product
- Configure, implement and maintain SIEM products
- Responsible for providing support service (after-sales service) for customers who have active contracts
- Gain educational levels to enable troubleshoot skills in order to handle advanced scenarios.
- Develop low-level design & as-built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customers.
- Troubleshoot product deficiencies with the vendor through a set of SLAs to resolve customer complain
- Report Lab /POC/installation activities visits internally/externally. ( Quality Assurance)
- Conduct technical/hands-on training to customers
- Sustain migration from legacy to the new system without business interruption
- Create custom documentation for internal and external needs.
Job Requirements
- BS.C degree in communications engineering or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in the same field.
- ArcSight or Splunk Hands on Experience
- Security+, CISSP, SANS, CEH and or other industry certifications preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Solid understanding of Information Security and Networking required.
- Ability to work nights or weekends as required.
