Job Description
Job Scope: This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing HR datasets, creating HR metrics, and generating insightful reports and presentations to be used for strategic managerial decisions
Job Description:
- Gathers and analyzes HR and financial data to provide decision support to HR business partners, HR centers of excellence, and business leaders
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in big complex data sets
- Obtains, analyzes, and identifies actionable insights from statistical modeling of employee data.
- Utilizes analytics to develop plans, actions and decisions for business leaders
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data research and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or such relevant field
- Previous experience in Market Research companies is a Plus
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel & big data analytics tools
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and dashboard presentations
- Strong Research & Analytical skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask different projects at the same time and work with huge volume of data
- Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, training needs, payroll and employee benefits is a Plus
- Fluent in English language, both verbal & written is a Must
