Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user Interfaces for the organization software applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks, XSLT to implement cross browsers/platforms compatible applications that are search engine friendly.
- Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.
- As a key member of the engineering organization, you will be pivotal in uniting the product, development, quality, and operations teams.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization; P
- Coach the team members on project handling and new technologies; and provide guidance.
- Research new technologies;
- Development patterns and strategy;
- Ensure a proper time logging of his team members;
- Evaluate the team; and maintain high KPIs for the team;
- Prepare a monthly report for the team and submit it to the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Experience with the essential front-end web development languages HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery
- Strong experience with at least one JavaScript Framework such as Angular.js, Vue.js and react.js
- Knowledge of npm, design, and development.
- Fair understanding of and expertise in UI standards. Knowledge of design best practices and prototyping techniques is desirable.
- Ability to create Responsive Design, HTML/CSS & bootstrap.
- Familiarity with HTTP protocol
- Good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals
- Ability to debug complex functional and performance issues
- Ability to work with design, back-end development, and QA team
- Previous software development experience in a complex, web-based environment
- Experience with SASS or LESS would be plus
- Knowledge of content management systems such as SharePoint Sitecore and Drupal
- Knowledge of Usability and Accessibility
- Knowledge of automation tools (Gulp or Grunt)
- Knowledge of SEO Principles
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
