Job Description
- Lead a team of live operations specialists towards daily execution
- Lead a team of customer support specialists towards daily execution of inbound calls / chat from
- customers regarding complaints and follow ups
- Coordinate weekly shift schedules for the team
- Build and revise standard operating procedures
- Lead the teams to achieve set operations KPIs
- Own the operational execution of partnerships that require different handling procedures
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in an operations role in a technology-enabled startup
- At least 2 years experience in leading teams of more than 3 people
- Strong analytical skills
