Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan
  • Expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Attend conferences related to our industry
  • Mange sales department effectively and measure team performance
  • Train and coach team members
  • Create needed reports: Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manage
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification (Is a plus)
  • Fluent of English
  • Excellent Experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of different business functions
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent knowledge of using Excel, word and PowerPoints.
