Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan
- Expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Attend conferences related to our industry
- Mange sales department effectively and measure team performance
- Train and coach team members
- Create needed reports: Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manage
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification (Is a plus)
- Fluent of English
- Excellent Experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of different business functions
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent knowledge of using Excel, word and PowerPoints.
