Job Description
- Creating the adv for the open vacancies to be published in deferent search channels.
- Sourcing CV’s as per the needed vacancy requirement.
- Handling the interview process with the selected applicate to create the short list for the next step interview.
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment data basis.
- Participating in designing company organization structure for variance division and departments.
- Create and updated the company Job Description data base when needed.
- Participating the company performance appraisal process.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Of commerce (Accounting/ Business Administration)
- 1-3 years’ experience. Human Recourses Consulting serveries or HR for real estate/ Construction.
- Excellent language in English & Arabic is mandatory in speaking and writing
- Excellent skills dealing with Microsoft office.
