Job Description
- Provide customer service excellence to applicants at all times.
- Receiving all visa requests either from direct clients or internally from the outgoing department.
- Oversee all aspects of the visa service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Inform the client about all needed documents which should be provided, in addition to revising properly.
- Filling visa applications and booking appointments and interviews with different embassies.
- Submission of passport and visa applications to embassies/consulates.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the clients is accurate and correct, to confirm that everything is done before the interview date.
- Provide regular follow-up on all inquiries.
- Pro-actively monitoring changes to VISA regulations/changes to avoid mishandling.
- Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically responding to all inquiries in a highly professional manner as per defined service level agreement.
- Successfully and accurately answering questions and provide appropriate additional information.
- Monitor visa cases on the Salesforce system such as visa appointments, special requests, amendments, and cancellations.
- Achieving defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator goals.
- Responsible to meet all company policies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders within the Organization.
- Proactively update/ advise registered Clients on evolving Immigration laws and processes.
- Advise clients on visa rules and processes.
- Liaising with embassies and VFS/BLS centers.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to agreements.
- Visa processing and travel documentation handling.
- Collaborate with internal team (e.g. sales, senior management) to address clients’ needs.
- Direct potential leads to the sales team and follow up on progress.
- Alert the sales team on opportunities for further business within clients
