Job Description
- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance identify all customer requirements regarding contract renewal or new ones.
- Monitor quality for each service provider, check quantity and share percentage, delivery times SLA , and transport costs.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics providers.
- Create a Dashboard and Develop reports to perform Data analysis to the collected data.
- Analyze all missed orders to know the root causes and put the action plans to improve the process.
- Follow up with partners on the Service level agreement with daily and weekly reports for the pending orders with aging.
- Understand and resolve 3PLs issues by working with internal and external teams
- Prepare accounts status reports Daily , Weekly and on Monthly basis
- Handling and following up on daily issues between partner, customer and operation teams
- Performance management of 3PL partner and ensure improvement of daily performance.
- Responsible for reviewing and validating 3PL Monthly invoices, communication of invoices amounts & approvals to finance team for payments release.
- Implementing and suggesting cost reduction activities for both parties.
Main objectives:
- Outstanding orders.

- SLA, in transit and overall processing time calculation and Optimization.
- Deals Negotiation and new shipping providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s /College's degree.
- Must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to service issues.
- Must have strong presentation skills and the ability to handle negotiations.
- Proven operations experience in a similar ecommerce fast-paced process.
- Excellent fulfillment operations knowledge preferable in a 3PL environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project.
