Job Description
- Handling the recruitment process for both factory and sales & marketing office.
- Manage & develop the performance management process
- Establish the training plan and execute it with training institutes
- Develop policies and procedures within Biophe
- Develop the salary structure of the organization
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, training & OD
- Post Graduate HR studies
- Knowledgeable in Egyptian Labor Law is Preferred
- Nearby October or Haram resident is a must
- Male is a Must
- Change Agent with high communication and problem solving skills
- Pharmaceutical Experience is a plus
