Job Description
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Create and Organize a communications & influencer database
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Create, activate and retain local online and offline communities for our educational supporting product
- Create a Digital Marketing Assets System (DMAS) and have a control and ownership over it.
- Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to interact with the community and increase positive engagement
- Organize, manage and oversee community meetups
- Establish relationships with partners, including Influencers, Teachers, Parents, groups admins, and youtube channel owners
- Assist Social media team with the creation and execution of social media campaigns to acquire, activate and retain users
- Increase reach, engagement, and conversion through social media and content marketing strategies
- Explore new platforms and channels for growth of the online learning user base and influence
- Create unique pieces of content (blog, community, video) to increase brand mentions and social media engagement
- Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns with other digital marketing teams
- Provide market and competitive intelligence for the digital team, monitor KPI and trends in communities to inform overall marketing and product strategy
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of building, activating, and retaining an online community
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing, with familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, event management, and affiliate marketing
- Fluent language ability in Arabic & English is a must
- Comfortable switching quickly between a professional managed-by-numbers culture and startup environment
- Comfortable working with a distributed Cross-functioning team
- Experience in the online Learning industry and\or E-commerce (Ideally a digital marketing agency)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Community management
- Preferred to have a portfolio of previous work experience
