Job Description

  • Receive assigned list of current customers. 
  •  Achieve target set for assigned customers. 
  •  Responsible for retaining all customers in the designated area by implementing the account strategy. 
  • Update and renew quotations for customers, and update all related details on system. • Propose solutions to unit sales manager to retain and satisfy customers. 
  • Study all details related to assigned client businesses, market status, competition conditions. 
  • Implement the weekly sales plan set by unit sales manager. 
  • Update all customers with any new or discontinued service. 
  • Liaise with customers to maintain relationship, negotiate quotation, explore opportunities and collect intelligence. 
  • Liaise with customer service to have regular updates on the daily operations of customer accounts 
  • Handle any exceptional requests from customers concerning pricing or free days with unit sales manager 
  • Report customer updates on system. 
  • Grow and maintain existing volumes. 
  • Manage relationships with Reefer export shippers in Egypt. 
  • Manage relationships with KSA Consignees agents in destination markets. 
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers/truckers in Egypt. 
  • Serve as focal point for Reefer business between Transmar, TCI and Safina. 
  • Acquire new business through new/existing customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Preferably Logistics) 
  •  2 – 3 years of experience in any B2B sales/account management role
