- Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company's quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc…
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality awareness throughout the various departments.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the products and the process ; through training and work instructions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to generate manufacturing control plans that ensures good quality products are produced.
- Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established testing techniques.
- Ensure all quality data is captured.
- Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive plans/actions.
- Responsible for organizing and managing the activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions.
- Continuously improving Quality procedures.
- Any other reasonable duties
Job Requirements
Job Requirement
- Min 5 years of experience as quality control engineer in chemical industries.
- BSc. in Chemical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of SPC and its applications.
- Excellent computer skills MS office
- Excellent team working and adaptability .
- Very good command of English.
- Very good computer skills.
- Lead auditor ISO9001:2015 and Six sigma green belt is a plus.
- Alexandria resident is a must
