Job Description
- To lead the company’s maintenance department and maintenance team and guide them.
- Prepare effective preventive maintenance plan for all machinery and utilities.
- To insure preventive maintenance plan being done according to approved plan, and evaluate every machine conditions.
- To supervise the company’s maintenance operations and processes.
- To be responsible for assisting with budget creation and tracking their expenses for the leadership team to review.
- To insure troubleshooting and repairing any piece of machinery on time to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees to use.
- To visit regularly the facilities they’ve previously worked on and inspect them to see if there are any clear problems that need to be fixed.
- To approve all installation and repair activities completed by anyone on their maintenance team.
- To prepare and submit department report to the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
- Minimum experience of 10 years in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge with either of the following Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or 7S Mode
- Very good in spoken and written English
