Job Description
- Responsible for forecast, pipeline and receivables for his/ her clients
- Identifies and develop sales leads and opportunities
- Maintain account contacts, opportunities, activities and history
- Develop influential relationship with key stakeholders
- Understand customer drivers and provide tailored solutions accordingly
- Formulate the sales strategy for his/her clients
- Perform successful negotiations
- Actively monitors competition
- Perform client profiling for all his/her customers
- Coaching to junior sales staff
- Contribute to script calls design
- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends necessary changes and price increases
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in (Industrial Development / Real Estate ) sales is a MUST
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent command of Spoken and Written English
