Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our construction division and technical offices. Your primary focus will be on attracting top-tier engineering and specialized technical talent to support our ambitious project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct advanced sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand staffing needs.
- Manage and maintain the candidate database.
- Implement digital recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Skills & Technologies:
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with digital recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the construction or contracting industry.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of technical roles within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems.
- Excellent command of Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience using digital recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from laborers to engineers.
- Preferred: Diploma in Human Resources.
