Job Description

  • Assists the Admissions department to Maintain and enhance enrolment procedures and processes through the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining an innovative enrolment strategy for domestic, international and transferred students.
  • Design class and exams schedules and class locations that serve the needs and preference of the university and students.
  • Respect to all aspects relating to academic quality.
  • Ensuring that all of the governance and compliance matters implemented a timely fashion, and to a high standard of quality
  • Provide statistical information that provide projected statistics for the following academic year and up to date forecast figures for upcoming terms.
  • Creating (where needed) and continually updating and improving all academic policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring that academic policies, processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Maintaining and managing student records and ensuring their confidentiality, security and accuracy in compliance with academic policies. 
  • Developing academic calendars, timetables, class and examination schedules, and instructional space schedules.
  • Ensuring that all boards (including exam and assessment boards) are held in a timely fashion and to a high standard.
  • Managing student welfare and handling of student complaints, academic appeals, academic misconduct cases and student disciplinary processes.
  • Serving on committees and performing other duties appropriate and commensurate with the level of responsibility

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of Experience in registrar and admissions and Parent Relation.
  • Excellent planning, organizing time and work management.
