Job Description

  • Receiving new hires documents and assist in preparing new hires contracts
  • Handling resignations needed documents
  • Assist in Preparing personnel variables monthly report that reflecting payroll such as compensation, non-complete working hours, auto sign out, attendance salary deduction, overtime
  • Monitoring sick leaves and unpaid leaves
  • Preparing form 1 for new hires and form 6 for resigned employees
  • Handling the process of signing employees on their contracts and renewals
  • Handling all compensation and benefits process.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Males.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel , word ,power point)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Able to work under stress
