Job Description

  • We are looking for a creative, action-oriented, results-driven marketeer who will design and execute marketing & sales campaigns.
  • In this role, you will need to work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximizing customer acquisition, increase Conversion % and reduce churn rate%.
  • Define a strong brand strategy that takes Zeal's brand to the next level.
  • Effectively execute brand marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and manage our marketing team, spanning all marketing disciplines to build and execute growth strategies.
  • Take an active role in PPC budgeting and digital/media planning.
  • Create onground and digital marketing strategies for users and merchants acquisition. 
  • Actively participate in executing ideas that will achieve hypergrowth at Zeal.
  • Location: Fifth Settlement, Cairo, Egypt
     

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and scale next-generation marketing tactics that are aligned with prioritized business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and optimize predictive and/or personalization models to identify leads and/or elevate the customer experience.
  • Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads into growth.
  • Analyze performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B tests.
  • Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Aware of marketing growth hacking.
  • Deep experience in SEO, SEM and digital advertising.
  • Advanced mobile apps and web analytics. Basic knowledge in UI/UX.
  • Good Knowledge of Social media and Google marketing channels.
  • Understanding of onground marketing and willingness to challenge the status quo. 
  • A self-learner with an entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement for himself and the organization.
  • Passionate about all things digital and cutting-edge marketing technology.
  • Problem solver with a resilience to deliver.
  • A team-oriented person with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
