Job Description
• Estimation of the time needed between the stakeholders and all the involved parties to manage and
put task sheets and deadlines.
• Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and
creative
• Managing daily schedules
• Analyzing campaign data
• Meet and deal with clients if needed.
• Review current and future timelines and job statuses with the heads of the departments
• Report to management about the current workflow, and any possible work issues .
• Work with the accounting and production departments on invoicing, and possible additional costs
due to fees, or unexpected deadlines.
Job Requirements
3+ years of working experience in the same role or account management
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, Business, or equivalent degree
• Very high emotional intelligence
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• leadership and time management skills
