Job Description
- Ensure the pastry bench is run professionally in the absence of the Pastry Chef.
- Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter, using electric mixer or beats and stirs ingredients by hand if needed.
- Shapes dough and pastries, using our forms and cutter's machine or by hand.
- Decorates cakes and pastries. (3D)
- Follow safety procedures for operating and cleaning all machinery at all times.
- Inform the Pastry Chef of any problems concerning food quality production.

Qualifications:
- Experience: from 3 to 5 years of experience
- Present a positive, professional image.
- Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
- Communication skills.
- Reliable and predictable attendance.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
