Job Description
- Planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- Managing construction projects.
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Plan, set, and share clear targets for the site, including what tasks need to be completed and the resources required to complete them (workers, materials, tools, logistics, food, budget).
- Ensure that all daily and weekly targets are met.
- Onsite problem solving to meet all needs and deadlines.
- Ensure that all products installed and delivered are of the highest quality.
- Sending progress reports and pictures promptly
Job Requirements
- Has work experience in Commercial Malls is a MUST.
