Job Description
- Recording the movement of cash and checks
- Preparing a daily report on the financial position of the company, including the actual bank balances and the actual balance in all the company’s coffers
- Preparing a daily plan for the movement of cash and due checks according to the company’s needs (depositing in banks - buying currencies - covering expenses)
- Reviewing and approving the exchange vouchers and arranging the dates of their disbursement and the method of disbursement if they are cash or checks, according to the financial position of the company.
- Reviewing expenditures and comparing them with the general budget
- Preparing a monthly cash flow statement - a report on the cost of financing - a report analyzing the company's expenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Advanced Excel/MS Office skills
- Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication and persuasion
- High proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)
