Job Description
- Planning, scheduling and documenting all planned maintenance work to be performed.
- Work closely with the club maintenance managers, club operations and sports management teams to plan effectively the maintenance of all club facilities and support equipment in proper running order, while meeting corporate and government-mandated criteria.
- Work closely with Maintenance Managers to review and improve the preventive/predictive maintenance plans for assigned production and facility equipment to ensure a safe, efficient operation with a minimum of cost and downtime
- Responsible for long-range as well as short-range planning. Long-range planning involves the regular analysis of backlog relative to available resources.
- Analyze data, generating and distributing critical metrics and trend analysis reports; providing feedback to Engineering on potential issues and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.
- Monitor Workorder Completion, Backlog, and Schedule Compliance to ensure health of maintenance systems
- Support the commitment for budget variance and target cost savings. Support variance reporting and reforecast to meet the monthly reporting calendar dates. Review current operating programs and budgets to assure we are maximizing efficiencies.
- Establishes, maintains and improves the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Desirable Engineering/Maintenance experience in hospitality facilities.
- Working knowledge of computers, including an intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project).
- Must be proficient with using and implementation of SAP.
- Full understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs.
