Job Description

Paymob is looking for a Business Development Consultant to help us identify business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospect and existing clients. Collaborating with executives to identify pain points and consultant them on the best solutions for their needs. 

 Business Development Consultant roles and responsibilities:

  • Establish, build and nurture positive business relationships with key client accounts through forging a deep understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans. 
  • Develop long term relationships with clients, consulting with them as their payment partner to address their needs and challenges.
  • Identify new business opportunities for Paymob Sync product offering through engagement with multiple levels of the client’s organisation and proactively endorsing Paymob’s relevant solution to their business challenges. 
  • Creating a business pipeline meeting an agreed quota. Pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed target.
  •  Contributing individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation. 
  • Monitor market trends/needs and track competition to provide recommendations for changes as needed.
  •  Report bugs document it & follow up with Technical PM
