Job Description
- Prepare all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
- appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up on Accounts receivable and payments.
- General ledger preparation.
- Assist in preparing the taxation reports in Egypt
- Participate with the chief accountant in the semi-annual & annual closures.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Experience in Egyptian taxes.
- Experience in invoicing.
- Experience with AR (Accounts receivable).
- Having experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
