Job Description

ELCORNERS.com is the first marketplace in Egypt that is solely focused on furniture, home decor, and home linen products. Our goal is to offer manufacturers and wholesalers a unique and upbeat platform to easily connect with end customers, and to offer the buyers a wide range of easy and secure payment options.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way, and manage the order cycle.
  • Oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Manage relationship and daily operations with couriers and third parties.
  • Assist Customer service team in resolving operational issues.
  • Update product listings on internal system.
  • Develop and complete projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, marketing, or banking.
  • Arabic native tongue with excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • At a minimum, an understanding of e-commerce business operations, order cycles, and digital payments.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of software applications (Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication skills.
