International Marketing & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Marketing products for international customers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
• Providing high levels of sales support to international customers.
• Liaising with the Marketing and Technical teams to ensure clients have all the support necessary for success.
• Supporting customers at selected national and international conferences.
• Developing the business in new territories, introducing new products to existing customers and implementing new marketing campaigns.
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee marketing design, advertising, communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Focuses marketing & sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
