Job Description
- Visiting the medical provider regularly to maintain and building a good business relationship.
- Receiving and checking medicals provider invoices and preparing the payment request to proceed with the invoice settlement.
- Ensure receiving the original medical result along with updating the necessary reports
- Solving sales, medical provider or clients problems during performing the medical checkup at the medical provider
- Assisting the UW team through communicating with the medical provider to complete their requirements.
- Communicating with hospital and clinics to look for new agreement and medical provider to expand our network
- Updating and monitoring the reservation of the medical provider and collecting all the needed data
- Communicating with medical provider to bring the client result and coordinating with the UW team
- Coordinating and booking the home visit request and coordinating also with the medical representative
Job Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience in insurance or medical filed
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Professional appearance.
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Must be good in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Good communication skills.
