Job Description

  • Drafting basic correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Schedules appointments and maintains calendar .
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the University President decisions .
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees,  and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Excellent English and Arabic command both written and spoken .
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred Cairo Residents.
