Job Description
- Drafting basic correspondence.
- Answer phone calls and take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Schedules appointments and maintains calendar .
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
- Follow-up on the implementation of the University President decisions .
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Excellent English and Arabic command both written and spoken .
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Preferred Cairo Residents.
