Job Description
Job Objective:
- Leads, supports and provides day to day support for all Education systems (SIS, LMS, .. etc.) at the college/ university.
Responsibilities Duties
Operations
- Identifies, analyses and resolves problems, interacts effectively with users to solve problems and advises on best practices for using the software system.
- Establishes, enforces and maintains of the data entry standards.
- Provides training and information to office staff and faculty.
- Supports students in accessing and using their systems
- Creates report dashboards and reports for campus leadership and departmental use
- Supports Technically the databases and applications.
- Security & Governance Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Ensures compliance with IT policies & procedures
Vendors & support management
- Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Requirements
- Technical Competencies + Definition Essential or desirable?
- Has good knowledge in Ellucian Power Campus & LMS Experience- both functional and technical.
- Possess high level Tests components, systems and their interfaces to create operational services.
- Strong Database (SQL) skills
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 3 to 6 YOE
- Education: Bachelor of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
