Job Description
- Able to lead the electrical design on a multi-discipline project.
- Must be able to create and assemble a complete set of electrical construction documents.
- Review and audit construction specifications in Master Spec and Specs Intact.
- Assume full responsibility for electrical design activities for MV, LV & ELV networks and systems from concept to detailed design and “As-Built
- Perform design, calculations, systems & equipment sizing using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
- Develop electrical (MV & LV) design documents from concept to construction based on client requirements and specifications. Including, but not limited to specifications, SLDs, calculations, schematics, layout drawings, designs, plans, etc.
- Studying, understanding, and checking the completeness of tenders’ requirements and contract documents (drawings, specifications, and BOQ’s).
- Prepare the technical submittals and negotiating the same with the client.
- Generate shop drawings and material takeoff sheets/BOQs for execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years experience in electrical construction and landscape design.
- Base knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of Auto-Cad and all electrical design programs.
- Strong attitude for using basic computer applications (e.g. MS-Office).
- Professional in both spoken & written English & Arabic languages is required.
