Etisalat UAE is looking for call center representatives to join its family for collection & retention account.
The caliber will be responsible for :
- Handle customer cancelation queries.
- Retain customer's experience through giving them offers & promotions.
- Take the customer's experience to the next by & reaching there satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent to fluent English speakers
- Males and females
- Graduates only with clear military status
- Soft & communication skills are a must
- Flexibility with working hours & not having transportation
- Max Age 32
Conditions:
- Rotational shifts & days off
- 5 workings days/2days off
- 9 working hours / 1 hour break
