Job Description

  • Acquire high quality Mongezeen
  • Manage social media for suppliers and deliveries across Egypt
  • Ensure our Mongezeen are following the Mongez Quality Standards.
  • Train the Mongezeen on our customer service experience and our Mongez App.
  • Creating Refreshment sessions for all mongezeen.
  • Develop the training material by connecting with the quality/customer care team.
  • Own and standardise the onboarding process for the mongezeen.
  • Develop and Promote Mongezeen's the acquisition process by using social media or any platform.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Experience.
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user.
  • Laser focus execution mindset.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Passion to challenges.
  • Agile, Ownership, key player is a must.
