Job Description
Summary of Role:
- Provide application, clinical and scientific educational support to customers (Internal and external) through different marketing activities.
- Obtain the maximum market share using our different capabilities and Increase customer satisfaction.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Implement annual business plan.
- Implement Ghalioungui’s events and prepare participation activities during (local conferences, Workshops & Seminars).
- Collect and conduct market surveys to evaluate market trends, brand awareness and competition status.
- Production of marketing material (rollups, printing, catalogues, gifts).
- Perform clinical Support to customers.
- Prepare, update and implement internal and external trainings.
- Follow up customers complaints.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of (Science – Pharmacy – Biomedical - Bio technology) or equivalent .
- 0 to 1 year of experience in same position.
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications & Research
- Owns a car preferably
- Very Good English
