Responsibilities

Determine and define Web and eMarketing project scope and objectives
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Consults with Business Team on technical solutions, together with project team and Business Team.
Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
Monitors delivery milestones.
Maintains constant communication to Management.
Coordinate commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
Manages and coordinates all project staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in computer science or Business or Equivalent Bachelor.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
5 Years experience as Project Manager and at least 3 years of them in e-marketing field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing Web Development projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Ability to demonstrate leadership roles in projects, including references to achievements and successes and overcoming challenges.
Expert knowledge of project planning, structuring, risk management, stakeholder management internal
Teamwork, collaboration, and good interpersonal skills; negotiation skills are a plus.
Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and oral skills); German is a plus.
Experience within the Information Management Sector and with delivery of new rolling Technology is a distinct advantage
