Job Description
- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Create and implement effective business plans according to company's vision through analyzing various market opportunities and identifying promising clients and projects
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Conduct competitive service analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
- Assist purchasing team in quotations activities like price and delivery negotiations with customers.
- Coordinate with Business development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fair etc. in order to increase company’s recognition.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or similar to
- Good knowledge of construction process
- Good knowledge of design packages and material selection
- A strong technical background to discuss technicalities with clients whenever needed
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong writing skills
