Job Description
- Plan for the internal pharmacy schedule according to the workload, expected flow of shifts to maintain all services provided to the same care level.
- Assign tasks to each members of the pharmacy team based on the qualification & available resource for better workflow.
- Responsible monitoring for the narcotics all over the hospital, their usage, storage & dispensing to ensure adhering to hospital’s policy.
- Provide ideas, activities for improving and branding our projects (home delivery project mainly).
Working Conditions : 6 days/ 8 hours / 1 day off
Job Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in retail pharmacies management.
- Excellent communications skills, selling skills, patient care skills and leadership
- Good experience in stock mix improvement and analysis
- Good experience in cosmo-medicals and cosmetology
