Job Description

The Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for:

  • Assist in managing the department’s activities.
  • Assist, implement, and track outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, email, social media, or digital campaigns, advertising, events planning etc.).
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design agencies by coordinating and collating content.
  • Contribute to developing content marketing plans that include audiences, goals, schedules, content outlines, content maps, social content plans, etc.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Assist with presentations both remote and in person.
  • Produce promotional materials including video.
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
  • Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness.
  • Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary.
  • Oversee and update the website(s).
  • Develop and communicate through the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Experience 3:5 Yrs.
  • Engineering background is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Well organized / and have time management skills.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Super Active- initiate ideas – creative.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
