Job Description
- Supports office logistics, schedules, and coordinates meetings and events.
- Promotes a positive image of the University by greeting and receiving visitors to the President's office, responding to inquiries from diverse University members.
- Provides administrative support. Facilitates internal communications, ensuring timely follow-up and information flow between the President’s Office and other departments.
- Maintains an organized system for document management, ensures easy access to materials for meetings and presentations and follows up on Ongoing (incoming and outgoing) related cases.
- Tracks and processes departmental requests, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Assists in meeting deadlines for various tasks and in the planning of events.
- Handles purchase orders and takes care of basic finance tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- High Communication skills.
- Presentable.
