Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Follow up with end-users to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- bachelor degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 1-2 years’ experience in the same role.
- Mac OS knowledge would be preferred.
- MCSA and CCNA would be preferred.
