Job Description
- Arrange the internal work strategy.
- Review project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications…….)
- Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams.
- Ensure that technical engineers follow right strategy to achieve the scope of work.
- Coordinate with projects’ teams to exchange data and information.
- Lead by example all the team seniors.
- Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team knowledge.
- Lead and setup methodology which achieve the satisfied quality on right time.
- Ensure that each project technical data delivered as required on time.
- Support the development of new features and system requirements.
- Arrange technical status & reports for the whole team.
- Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with 5 years working in BIM
- Bsc. of Architectural Engineering
- Technical skills: Design Review, Shop Drawings, MIRs, QS
- Computer Skills: Revit, Navisworks
- Technical Coordination with all disciplines. Clash Reports, RFIs, Proposals. Status Reports
