Job Description

Handling all HR functions including but not limited to;

  • Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure. Such as Screening and interviewing candidates such as Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels
  • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
  • Coordinate personnel recruitment activities.
  • Handling all Personnel activities (files, leaves recording and balances, dealing with labor and social insurance authorities ...etc.)
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources efficiently including their benefits and compensations, their career development plans.
  • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
  • Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
  • Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Take ownership of managing team key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Follow up the monthly Performance appraisal for all levels and report them to calculate the monthly Payroll efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles and procedures and labor legislation
  • Excellent English
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Presentable
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent results
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
