Job Description
Handling all HR functions including but not limited to;
- Following up the implementation of the HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure. Such as Screening and interviewing candidates such as Finding and communicating with different recruitment channels
- Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
- Coordinate personnel recruitment activities.
- Handling all Personnel activities (files, leaves recording and balances, dealing with labor and social insurance authorities ...etc.)
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources efficiently including their benefits and compensations, their career development plans.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
- Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
- Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Take ownership of managing team key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Follow up the monthly Performance appraisal for all levels and report them to calculate the monthly Payroll efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles and procedures and labor legislation
- Excellent English
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Presentable
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent results
- Excellent organization skills.
- Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
