Job Description

  • Build, develop and market designated brand and raise brand awareness. 
  • Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand ATL, BTL, TTL. 
  • Continuously monitor market trends and marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products and competitors’ activities in the marketplace.
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights, then, adapting the brand strategy for the target market
  • Estimating and establishing cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and potential ROI.
  • Increase the brand's value, image, and positioning compared to competitors. 
  • Ensuring that all product lines that fall under your Brand domain resonate with current and potential customers.
  • Building, and following the brand on social media with the creative team
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
  • Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
  • Research markets and studies the company’s brand
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
  • Coordinate sales, product development, and other teams
  • Track budgets with an eye toward maximizing gains and reducing costs
  • Analyze industry, competition, and market trends
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration (Marketing Major).
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Excellent command of the English language
