Job Description

  • Follow up sales team inputs on CRM.
  • Maintaining customers database.
  • Organizing and updating database projects information.
  • Meet with sale steam leaders to assess sales KPIs performance & make a report accordingly.
  • Making random quality control calls to check the clients 'feedback after sale.
  • Responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls.
  • Coordinate administrative communications between Sales departments.
  • Make sure that documents cycle is respected and completed.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Experience minimum 2 years in Real Estate Brokerage.
  • Very good command in Microsoft office.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Experience dealing with CRM System.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Female Only.
