Job Description
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM.
- Maintaining customers database.
- Organizing and updating database projects information.
- Meet with sale steam leaders to assess sales KPIs performance & make a report accordingly.
- Making random quality control calls to check the clients 'feedback after sale.
- Responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls.
- Coordinate administrative communications between Sales departments.
- Make sure that documents cycle is respected and completed.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
Job Requirements
- Experience minimum 2 years in Real Estate Brokerage.
- Very good command in Microsoft office.
- Very good command of English.
- Experience dealing with CRM System.
- Excellent communication skills.
