Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, Contracts.
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard the company against legal risks.
- Draft and administer all contracts
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions, and other pleadings in civil and/or cases both for and against the Company.
- Provide all the business units with independent advisory opinions in respect of all the legal matters including without limitation (legal opinions, consultancies, researches, reviewing and drafting all types of documents, agreements, contracts, application forms, recommendations
- Managing all legal actions “lawsuits” in order to ensure that all the lawsuits are properly handled at the courts, experts and other judicial authorities
Job Requirements
- +10 years professional experience in the litigation field.
- Should have vast local experience especially in Corporate and Commercial Law, dispute resolution, litigation etc.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
