Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with sound experience in implementing and supporting Odoo in an in-house project (Customer side).
- Diverse experience in Odoo ERP technology.
- The candidate will demonstrate proficiency in presenting, discussing, and providing practical and innovative solutions to problems that our team face in their business operations.
- The Functional Consultant will be responsible for application design and delivery throughout projects. He/She will be responsible to manage the third-party Odoo partner throughout the project implementation.
- The candidate must have experience in a wide range of projects using various apps and modules like CRM, HR, POS, Website, Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other apps that are currently live on production servers.
- We particularly seek to hire motivated professionals to provide truly high-quality projects.
- As a Functional Consultant, you will be drafting requirement documents, Scope of Work documents, specs, recommendations, and internal design documents to configure a working solution that participates in increasing company profitability and asset value.
- You will be responsible for training key users to ensure the best usage of the application.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity by conducting data audit and cleansing. You will be required to create BI Dashboards that enable data-driven decision making.
- You will be acting as the first-line support for business users and responsible for resolving issues either through the in-house team or the third-party Odoo partner.
- Playing this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure internal client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, MIS or equivalent
- Typically experienced ERP Functional Consultant who was top of class and has ERP and solution creation skills as part of their character.
- Provides project progress reports to management.
- Delivers solutions that practicalize project delivery according to scope of work document, within planned budget and timeframe.
- Has a deep understanding of various business aspects.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Highly skilled in managing time and recording activities and timesheets.
- Has excellent people skills, can manage expectations and manage diverse teams.
- Can show excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Able to create complete requirement documents, design documents and solution illustration diagrams.
- Having financial accounting experience is a great plus
