Robusta Studio is a tech agency working with a diverse client base across different sectors & industries on implementing digital transformation programs. Engagements are typically focused on the digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany. 


Position Overview


A Technical Project Manager is responsible for project planning and execution, ensuring the timely delivery of milestones aligned with the team and being on top of the project cycle. They will be a frontline with the clients sharing product progress/updates and aligning the technical aspects with product goals. This will demand a solid technical background, and experience/capabilities in project management methodologies. You'll be relocating to Riyadh, KSA.


What you’ll be doing


  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including development, QA, and operations, to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
  • Implement testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability of technical solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring that team members are on track and meeting deadlines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
  • Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and accessible to team members.
