Job Description
- On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and control
- Delivering technical product demonstration to customer as well as training in set-up, tooling, operating and programming of the machine tools in scope.
- Support to spare parts by determining parts required by the customer
- Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information
Job Requirements
- Educational background in mechanical/electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
- Several years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Operational experience with machine controls from preferably Siemens, Heidenhain and/or Mitsubishi
- Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Business level of verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- IT skills (MS Office)
