Job Description
● Identifying performance gaps and Conducting TNA.
● Overseeing new hires onboarding project with business partners.
● Managing Performance appraisal.
● Ensuring compliance with company’s policies while conducting appraisal.
● Rephrasing and cascading Departments objectives.
● KPIs creation and update.
● Monitoring and tracking Appraisal results to be discussed with Department managers with corrective actions.
● Attending and ensuring compliance with Audits.
● Creating quarterly training action plans in coordination with department managers and internal trainers’ team (internal and external yearly training plan)
● Designing training programs with / without SME.
● Working and cooperating with the Developers team in updating and improving an inhouse performance appraisal system - adding new features…. etc.
● Exhibits (inside and outside Egypt) and technical meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university.
- Post-graduate studies in Human resources management are a must.
- Previous experience (3 Yrs: 5 Yrs).
- Previous Experience in Performance Management.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Agile, with the ability to meet changing deadlines, and prioritize and handle
multiple projects. - Detail-oriented; ensure deliverables are always of high quality.
